- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full fat or low fat)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, garlic powder, shredded cheese, etc. Optional toppings
- 1 egg, beaten (or a splash of milk) Optional egg wash (for shine)
1. Make the Dough
In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
4. Bake
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
