Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl Medium to large size
  • 1 Wooden spoon For mixing dough
  • 1 Rolling Pin Optional, for smoothing dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full fat or low fat)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, garlic powder, shredded cheese, etc. Optional toppings
  • 1 egg, beaten (or a splash of milk) Optional egg wash (for shine)

Instructions
 

1. Make the Dough

  • In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  • Knead on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

2. Shape the Bagels

  • Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a rope and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.

3. Top (Optional)

  • Brush with egg wash or milk.
  • Sprinkle with desired toppings.

4. Bake

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
