1 Rolling Pin For flattening dough
1 Baking sheet Lined with parchment paper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for a heartier version)
- 1/3 cup water (add more if needed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
Add olive oil and water. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface until smooth (about 1–2 minutes).

Roll out each ball thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a rolling pin.
Place the flat rounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
Prick each round with a fork to prevent bubbles.
Bake for 6–8 minutes or until lightly golden. (Flip halfway through for extra crispness.) Cool on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
