Day 3: Nourish to Flourish – Simple, Clean Eating for Energy
Easy meals and mindset shifts to feed your body well - Meal planning basics for busy moms - Low-carb, veggie-rich ideas with seafood options - Scriptures on food and caring for the body (1 Corinthians 6:19–20)

Day 4: Move with Purpose – Restoring Your Strength
Gentle fitness and movement routines to boost energy. - At-home workout ideas (10–15 mins daily) - Stretching and faith-based movement (dance praise, walking with worship) - Link health to biblical stewardship
